Refund and Returns Policy

At Melbelle.lk, we take great pride in offering you genuine Australian skincare products, made with care and shipped directly to Sri Lanka. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address), only the product cost will be refunded (excluding delivery charges).

Please note: Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or courier disruptions beyond our control

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email support@melbelle.lk within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution as needed.

5. Shipping Returns

If approved to return a product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, as we begin processing orders promptly to ensure fast dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
